Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all customers and users of cloud resources provided by KAYLEE RETAIL LLC. Customers are responsible for the activity of their authorized users.

Prohibited activities

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Distributing, hosting, or operating malware
• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks
• Phishing
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Denial-of-service (DDoS) activity
• Network abuse, including port scanning or traffic flooding
• Credential theft or harvesting
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement
• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
• Attempts to compromise or disrupt third-party systems

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access to resources, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement, as permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.
